ABA Required Disclosures
The American Bar Association (ABA) Standard 509 requires law schools to publicly disclose certain consumer information on their website. We include this information under protest, and in the smallest font size that the ABA will allow. Our general policy is not to answer any questions regarding this data, its sources, or its accuracy, and not to acknowledge the existence of any of this information when asked directly. No matter what the ABA says, we are a law school, and our students are law students. We are proud of our nation’s long history of celebrating outsiders, pioneers, and explorers. In that spirit, we consider ourselves to be pioneers of legal education, seeking out the damp, dank spaces where other law schools are afraid to venture. If you consider yourself a pioneer as well, please don’t read the required disclosures we include below. Thank you.
